Hi, I'm Bill. I grew up Catholic, but became more Universalist after college. I later got involved in Judaism, Paganism, and Hinduism.
I've been involved mostly with Hinduism the past two years, but lately have have felt moved to bring Paganism/Druidry/Wicca back into my spirituality. I now see these four religions (each with their own strengths) as four aspects to keep in balance.
On one level, I believe in (or hope that there is) some Great Divine Mystery behind and throughout this universe. Call it God/dess, Brahman, Ein Sof, Awen, Wakan Tanka or whatever. But on another level, I choose to communion with this Great Mystery in a more personal form (as Brighid, Sri Ramakrishna, Jesus, Hanuman, Mary, Krishna, Ganesh, etc.), based on my mood or need at the time.
I don't how to describe myself in religious terms. In shorthand, I just call myself a spiritual eclectic. But, since I am a polytheist, and have a strong tie to the earth and seasons, I sometimes consider myself as just Pagan. And I know some would only consider people that worship deities outside the mainstream religions Pagan. But, in my personal conception, I see Paganism as just an umbrella term for anyone who not only accepts all religions, but prays to many of the deities within those religions.
